A: Yes I have to agree with the previous answer, don't trust any one, don't part with any documents or money !! Don't sign anything! Sad old world isn't it?? Any publisher will not just want an idea, they will want to see at least a couple of chapters and even then there is only a very slim chance that they would actually pay you to publish, I can almost g'tee they will want money from you !!
