A: Halifax Shopping Center Harbour Hopper Spring Garden Road stores, Neptune Theater. Dalhousie Arts theater. The Pier BUSKERS! but they are only around once a year. Halifax Metro Center (for hockey and other performances) Mic Mac Mall. There are others, I'm just tired of typing.
