A: Now thats real easy. If they harddrive a cd for you to install so that you view the other harddrive install it. If it doesn't connect the external up to you pc thru the usb port. Now the harddrive should show up on your pc desktop. If it doesn't go to the computer and click on it and you will the name of the external drive. Then you click on it to open up and you drag whatever files you want stored on the harddrive.
