Q: If anyone out there can point me to an Online retailer that is based in Germany that has a website in english, I would appreciate it. I have family outside of Munich and the shipping costs from the US cuts into the Christmas Budget. Those r the 3 biggest retailers in Germany that work with catalogues containing pictures of every item on sale.I don't know if u they offer english as well BUT if u have a prob with them go to KUNDENDIENST (customer service in english)and write them in English stating your problem.
