Q: I bought a scooter in orlando and in the title it says no highway on the title. I went to register it and they told me that this specific one is not street legal, I've been looking for an answer and I can't find it. Hope someone can help me with that!
A: If it says no highway on the title and not street legal on the register then you can only ride it in off road locations. They should have told you this when you bought it. If bought from a dealer take it back and get one that is street legal. If from an individual hopefully they can give you your money back.
