Q: Does anyone know what is going on with paypal lately? I can rarely log in, and even when I finally manage to login and view my account, that's all I can do, I can't look at ,my account history or details - nothing. Is anyone else having troubles like this, or know what is going on? I'm an ebay seller and it's making things really difficult and time consuming. Thanks in advance.
