Q: hi guys, is there anyone who can tell me what is the minimum wage rate per hour (or if not per hour then per week or month with standard 40 hours per week) in italy and in austria? and is there any per hour rate difference between locals and foreign (legal contract workers) labour, please reply only real figures no guess, will be thankful to you, for your help
A: From the Federation of European Employers: "Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy and Sweden do not operate statutory minimum rates, but nevertheless have minimum rates set through binding sectoral collective agreements that jointly cover a high proportion of the working population."
