Q: I have a few questions. I bought my SC Ink'd Buds a couple of monthes ago (well I bought 2 pairs on the same receipt because they were 9.99 bucks each). Now I've used both pairs, because my first lost sound in one ear, and my second pair is losing sound too and it will be KO in a couple of days. I use it under normal conditions (walking, sitting down, etc. Not like snowboarding or anything). 1. I'm planning to return it because theres a lifetime warranty on SC products. But where to? I can only find services in the US on their website. 2. If I return it, do I need to include everything besides the buds and the receipt? Packaging, replacement buds, etc... 3. I have 2 SCs on my receipt. Can I return both? 4. What is the average shipping cost I have to pay to send it there? Thanks!
