A: It appears to be Russian Rubles. The only problem is it's not worth much. Going through all the trouble of selling it on E-bay isn't worth it. Contact a local coin collector or dealer and see how much it's worth. I have money for so many different countries that I can only look at it. While I was in the service I collected paper money from every country I visited. Now it's all in a binder for the grand kids to look at.
