A: Amazing timing.... I went looking for this information just this morning and your question was the closest thing I found to an answer. So I chanced it and took my dog today. Bad news: there are several signs posted reading, "No animals in buildings". That includes the main market area that is arguably a shelter rather than a building. So no, dogs are not allowed. Dang.
