Q: I would like to report a daycare that I believe is not worthy of their star rating. In order to check myself, I would like a detailed explanation of the star ratings in NC. I have checked the state's official website, but found only summaries of the regulations, not detailed explanations. Is there any other place that would have this information?

I hope that is what you were looking for and not just a copy of what you've already seen. I have not seen anything anymore detailed.
