Q: Since my package has been sent, it has only moved from one location. Then it says the package has been processed and sent to the next location. But since then, it has been 3-4 days without any updates. I should have also received the package by now. Any reasons why?
A: Once a package leaves its original destination the postal service has 21 days to get the package to you. After the 21 days if you still have not received your package contact the original shipper if it was a business and they can file a claim with the post office for a lost package. If it was a friend/family member sending you the package they can file a claim as long as they insured the package.
