Q: i now work at coles, any tips? checkout girl... i want to know some nice/good things to talk about with the costumer any sugestions?
A: Im a regular costumer at coles and some times the checkout poeple are very rude sometimes they dont even greet you. so... Always greet the costumer nicely and ask them how there day has been. but dont over talk to the costumer as it will make them feel uncomfortable. Hope that helps
