Q: Mine hasn't updated since July 2nd. Estimated delivery date is tomorrow but usually when I order something from Fedex it scans in Fayetteville, NC the day before it gets delivered here in Wilmington, NC. Is it possible that it just hasn't shown up on the online tracking yet?
A: Hello! I had to call FedEx today about a package that I'm expecting. I was told that the Ground packages are only scanned at arrival, and not at every stop the 'package' makes. Unless, however, it's an Express package which most are not. She was able to give me the info she had which was more than I saw online. Call 1800gofedex, and they may be able to give you more info.
