A: I humbly suggest you consider a fourth option: none of the above? ;) You'll probably be much better off just outright buying a cheap used TV -- you're situation is what craigslist.org was practically invented for (see link below); I just spent 30 seconds on the San Antonio craigslist and found a 20" TV for $30! If you don't find anything there, then just call a few nearby pawn shops and ask them what they have. If you do end up buying a TV, you can simply turn around and use craigslist to sell it before your assignment is up.
