A: A reward system is always great. An example would be Worker of the Month. Give them a gift card to the store of their choice. Another reward could be getting one day off while still being paid, for getting the award. You could do a most improved award, also. Doing something nice for the winner's whole family would be great too. Boosting peoples morale has always been proven to raise productivity in individuals.
