A: I don't think they pay to people who are living outside USA. Because their cheques are all in US dollars. And each survey is probably US$5 only, so if you specially open an American bank account here just to collect the money, I don't think it's worth it. And I think they don't send cheques to Singapore or other countries, so unless you know someone staying in the USA whom you can use their mailing address. So this is practically impossible.
